By using Sir Quote's SMS quote service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Sir Quote provides AI-powered sewer line replacement pricing quotes via SMS to plumbing contractors and their customers. Our service asks diagnostic questions and generates estimated pricing in three tiers.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Our service is intended for business use by plumbing contractors and their customers. You must be 18 years or older to use our service.

4. HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

You text our dedicated phone number to request a quote
Our AI assistant asks questions about the sewer line job
We provide a pricing estimate with three tier options (Essential, Enhanced, Premium)
You can opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

For Contractors (Subscription):

Monthly subscription: $247/month
Billed monthly in advance
Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)

For Quote Recipients (Free):

Quote service is free for end customers
Standard SMS rates from your carrier may apply

6. QUOTE ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: All quotes provided are ESTIMATES based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, unforeseen complications, and contractor discretion. Sir Quote is not responsible for pricing discrepancies between estimates and final invoiced amounts.

7. NO WARRANTY

Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee quote accuracy, service availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sir Quote and its operators shall not be liable for any business decisions, lost profits, or damages arising from use of our quote service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate job information
Use quotes as estimates only
Comply with all applicable laws
Not misuse or abuse the service

10. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

Standard message and data rates apply
Message frequency varies based on usage
Reply STOP to opt out at any time
Reply HELP for customer support information

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for violation of these terms, misuse of the service, non-payment, or any reason at our sole discretion.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mobile County, Alabama.
